i mean, i understand that it’s like to call attention to issues of gay marriage but…they’re like open calls to whomever is willing to show up and pay, right? so there’s no engagement there with education, there’s no commitment to actual work. there’s a washed up photograph and no way of knowing if the duct tape is covering a mouth that’s hurt a queer person, no way of knowing that the person with the writing on their cheek is oppressive as fuck.
